He descargado el instalable sin prerrequisitos del build 1206 de gvSIG y la aplicacion no ha arrancado. Se ha probado previamente la instalacion de la 1204 y funciona sin problemas. Concretamente """libjpeg.so.62""" la cual se distribuye por un error al actualizar el directorio de los binarios ya que esta obsoleta.
