Data and Analytics at JRC

Olivier Eulaerts holds a PhD in physico-chemistry and an MBA. After working few years in the industry and at University, he joined the European Commission as technology transfer specialist. During his 10 years at the JRC he held various positions: technology transfer specialist, head of TT office, assistant to the Director General of JRC. Today he leads a project on data analytics for policy making.
