The joint digitisation strategy of all three levels of government in Denmark (central, regional and local governments) is intended to speed up the use of ICT to renew to public sector and make even more efficient. The central aim is that by 2015 digital self-service solutions will be established as the normal way for citizens to interact with the public sector.
