Each entity will identify one or more identified chairs of general meeting.
unequivocally from a PEC email address.
The President will be able to activate a new vote by sending an email to a
system PEC box using a predefined format (see proposal in
Appendix A) providing a set of useful and necessary information for
management of the vote. The information required is:a code
voting ID, the list of voters identified by
first name, surname and PEC email address, a text that will be used for
the invitation to vote, the preferences that can be indicated by voters at the stage of
voting, the date and time of the start of the vote, the closing date and time
of the vote. The email creating a new vote will include:
the subject shall bear the words “New vote” followed by the code
attributed to the vote.

will carry out formal validation and, if successful, proceed
to store the details of the new vote, to send the email receipt
to the President and to send invitation emails to the individual voters.Where
where the validation was unsuccessful, the system will send to
Chair an email detailing the error found and will not start
voting.
The participants, once they have received the email inviting them to vote,
you will reply to your email by sending your preference by typing it in
text of the e-mail reply.
The system, after receiving emails from participants, will analyse them by extracting the
text inserted by voters and comparing it with available preferences.
You will then list the preference expressed in a specific table in which:
the preferences expressed by type and their number are compiled.
This information will not be related to the voter.Preferences
not foreseen by the vote will be stored as invalid.I
