Filter button calls selected layer on the ToC

Steps: 1.- Open NavTable for layer 'A' 2.- Select layer 'B' on the ToC 3.- Press filter button on NavTable 4.- Filter opens with layer 'B'

Two patch attached: (1) gvSIG FiltroExtension path (2) If (1) is applied we can apply the Navtable patch.
