Discarded. gvSIG-i18n creates a reduced number of user groups for each translations catalog (on for each of the roles TRAManager, TRACoordinator, TRADeveloper, TRAReviewer, TRATranslator, TRAVisitor). - while in versions before 1.2.0.5 used to create also user groups specific to each language - When managers take the effort of deleting an entire translations catalog, they may as well, if so they wish, to delete the user groups from the Zope Management Interface. The knowledge embedded in these user groupings is valuable for the organization, independiently of the concrete translations catalog instance. The effort in assembling these user groups may be reused for other goals. A new tracker item is added to request a new product feature in support of a use case, where a users group in a translations catalog is populated upon Manager demand, with users in other user groups in Zope/Pone
