Description
A comment was raised that the property "Processing Time" has been defined to narrow:
The average period need for executing a Public Service. In other words the average period needed to transform the inputs needed for the service to the outputs.
It is not always the average period that is being provided. On some PSCs this is an estimated time, the maximum time...
Proposed solution
This property has been defined more broad so it can be used for any time indication related to the Public Service:
"An indication of time needed for executing a Public Service. This can be a time range, average time, exact time for execution or any other indication of time."

Comment from Greece - Loukia Demiri
Shall we also connect this property to the Business Event, to express the estimated time of executing a particular business event?
It is interesting for keeping statistics for the execution of business events.
Comment from Spain - Patro
This relates to the time to complete requirement of public services, which is usually defined by law.
For the case of business events, this would be a best effort estimate and not a hard constraint defined by national/regional law.
Proposed resolution by the WG
Include this also as an optional property in Business Event, clarifying also that it is a best effort estimate for the case of Business Event.
