Get rid of Xerces 2.9.1 dependency (SLXHTML validation)

MOCCA requires Xerces 2.9.1 on the classpath (endorsed mechanism) to be able to load the SLXHTML schema. Refactoring of the schema might be sufficient to avoid this.

added in BKUViewer 1.1.2-SNAPSHOT WORKAROUND: remove the xhtml-attribs-1.xsd and xhtml-blkphras-1.xsd redefinitions in slxhtml-modules.xsd and add changes (restrictions) directly to the respective modules.
