The BRS intends to define standard processes and information models for cargo tracking service by specifying the collected and processed information on cargo movement, location and status as history information of cargo flow occurring among business transaction and business collaboration, and by using it.
This BRS tries to define the simplified and unified work flow by analyzing information systems used for logistics unit processes and to setup logistics standard policy by developing interface standard among logistics unit activities. And to derive objective and common cargo tracking information model to improve logistics business performance, facilitate sharing of cargo movement information between government agencies and logistics stakeholders and provide a standard interface.

Scope
This document models business processes of logistics domain in general concept. In other words, the document setups the relationship among logistics stakeholders, and defines standard processes and data interface standard, and method for interconnectivity. Subsequently, the document develops scenario for cargo tracing and tracking on the basis of the defined logistics business processes and derives necessary processes and information in accordance with the developed scenario.
