The goal of the project is to implement, design, develop, test and promote an online platform open source (under license AGPL v 3.0) to promote the participation of citizens in Barcelona in legislative processes and procedures through political participation and electronic voting which allow sharing information, create communities to express opinions and vote in initiatives that involves the municipality in which they live.
