eSET is a service that combines the deployment of a system of labor and management together, standard and optimized for small municipalities with a set of AOC electronic administration solutions (eRegister, e-notum, solutions for authentication and electronic signature, ...) to develop a common electronic administration and management optimum for municipalities of up to 5,000 inhabitants.
The aim is to have a model eGovernment beyond the use of unique applications produced by the AOC and ensure that local small format to share a working system that allows them to add resources, reduce costs and strengthen their collaboration networks, together with a better service to citizens.
eSET has the vocation to become a standard, and developed in collaboration with other entities supramunicipals. Currently in Girona area actively participates Girona Provincial Council (beyond making the deployment on its territory there also provides a solution for records management related) and, recently, the provincial councils of Barcelona and Lleida consider a model optimal for maximizing the digital transformation of the municipalities of its territory.
In conclusion, the eSET is a service that allows small municipalities model and share resources, helping them to optimize ICT capitalize costs and improve services to citizens.

eSET is currently deployed in 150 Catalan municipalities.
