Catalan authorities to provide a service that allows managing all the legal effects of the notification in the electronic environment.
Service Description
The AOC provides a service that allows posting all the legal effects of electronic notifications of any public administration towards citizens and / or businesses; the creation of a secure communication channel based on digital signatures to meet the legal needs of the process, the authentication mechanisms that guarantee the identity of the user, with the corresponding proof of the date and time of acts so that they have full legal effect.
Among the benefits of eNOTUM include: one hand to the government, the immediate notification and acceptance or rejection and reduction of resolution of administrative procedures, this implies; saving since the AOC assumes all costs notification (without any cost to the notifying us) and saves us costs of office supplies (paper, ink, ...) and postal mail certificates. So too, the municipalities that use e-TRAM electronically will close the entire cycle of processing an application from January 2010. On the other hand, citizens can exercise their right to choose how to communicate with their government.
Each notification sent electronically saving € 6 administration. The savings generated by the service eNOTUM has been more than 71 million; 35'3 of which during 2018.
