Data and Analytics Senior Manager, PwC Belgium 

Nikos Loutas is a senior manager with PwC Consulting practice in Brussels helping organisations respond to data management and analytics challenges in order to improve their products and services, and use emerging technology megatrends to transform. He has worked several years for the public sector and the EUIs,  developing deep insights into how  data and analytics enable public sector transformation and improvement. He has worked extensively on the use of semantic technologies to improve the efficiency and the efficacy of the provision of public services and public sector information. Before joining PwC, Nikos worked with leading institutes such as the Insight Centre for Data Analytics (former Digital Enterprise Research Institute) and the Centre for Research Technology Hellas. He holds a PhD in semantic web technologies, which researched how the feedback of customers on services can be collected, either explicitly or by monitoring their behaviour during the service lifecycle, processed and utilised, so that it can be used as input to analytic algorithms that support service discovery, recommendation and personalisation.
