Implementers face some difficulties to manage appropriately the quality of the metadata.

One difficulty concerns the conformance of the metadata to the DCAT-AP. For example, are all mandatory elements filled in or do the metadata values have the prescribed data type.

Another difficulty concerns is related to the actual values in the metadata: are they accurate and reflect appropriately what the dataset is and what it is about.

A guideline about those difficulties, sharing the best practices, could be helpful for implementers.
