I've just noticed that the PEPS version of 28.jan and also the reference deployment on http://peps.indra.es/SP/ uses the keystore with the certificate that has already expired on Nov 24 09:12:00 2009 GMT. I would expect that the first recipient of SAML (the S-PEPS, that receives SAML request from SP) should reject the request.
