Public administrations and GovTech innovators across Europe are invited to submit their best solutions! 

The Public Sector Tech Watch is looking for use cases of AI, Generative AI, Blockchain, Digital Twins, Quantum Computing, and more, that are enhancing public services for citizens and businesses (G2C and G2B) or improving internal processes (G2G).

Background 

The 2025 edition of the ‘Best Cases Award’ follows last year’s success, when it was launched with the goal of recognising innovative public administrations adopting emerging technologies in Europe

Objective and scope  

Through the Best Cases Award, the PSTW seeks to spotlight solutions adopting new technologies in European public administrations. Furthermore, it aims to create a positive cycle of sharing innovative uses of emerging technologies to create value within the public sector, as well as creating a vibrant community of public administrations and GovTech innovators, offering them increased visibility and recognition at European level. 

Targeted respondents 

All European public administrations from all administrative levels can submit their best solutions, which can be either developed in-house or supplied by external providers such as GovTech innovators. Please note that while submission can be made by external providers as well, only public administrations will receive the Best Cases Award.
