In March 2025, the third AI Board brought together representatives from EU Member States under the chairman Dariusz Standerski, Polish Secretary of State at Ministry of Digital Affairs. This meeting marked a significant step in advancing the EU strategy for AI and in fostering cross-border cooperation across Europe.

A key focus was the implementation of the AI Act, with discussions diving into the European Commission's priorities and next steps. A dedicated roundtable allowed national governments to exchange best practices and strategies for effective implementation.

The AI Office continues to play a crucial role by providing updates and guidelines on recent and upcoming deliverables, including the draft of the Code of Practice for general-purpose AI and the timeline for dedicated scientific panels. With regular policy updates, Member States are well prepared to face future AI challenges.
