The Public Buyers Community Platform complements the European Commission’s strategy to improve public procurement in the EU by bringing together public authorities and other stakeholders.

AI enabled solutions present a new range of services that public entities can procure.  This community of practice brings together public buyers to share knowledge and expertise to better understand the risks of using AI solutions and to collaborate on checks and balances for their safe implementation by developing standard procurement clauses.
