During the past year, we have worked to adapt the Open Source Observatory (OSOR) to your needs. Following your suggestions, we created the Knowledge Centre which hosts 28 open source software policy country intelligence reports and guidelines on sustainable open source communities within the public sector. Furthermore, we have specifically focussed on the increased publication of news articles and case studies on practical applications of open source software in public administrations. This is in addition to a variety of events that have been organised to foster interactions with the open source community.

We are launching a short survey to collect your ideas on how to further enrich the content on OSOR and find out your satisfaction rate. We are counting on you to share your ideas with us to continue making the Open Source Observatory relevant for our community. Your contributions may lead to, amongst others, further content on the Knowledge Centre, publication of news and case studies about open source software initiatives you suggest and dedicated webinars on topics of your interest.

The survey will only take a couple of minutes of your time and will be beneficial for the development of OSOR. The survey will remain open until the 27th of July 2020.
