Before undertaking this course, please ensure that you have successfully completed the: PM C1 - PM² Essentials, Project Management Methodology

 

This course is open to everyone, having as primary target audience Project Managers Professionals.

  • • Gain an understanding of PM²-Agile and how to apply it to projects.

  • • Understand how the PM²-Agile Roles & Responsibilities fit within the PM² project organisation. 
  • • Deep-dive into the PM²-Agile Ceremonies, and their role in supporting the PM²-Agile lifecycle. 
  • • Explore the different PM²-Agile Artefacts. 
  • • Discover the PM²-Agile Tools and Techniques.
