GovTech4All Startup Challenge: A Success in Energy Monitoring
The Municipality of Siauliai participated with the challenge of monitoring and benchmarking energy consumption in public buildings.

The winner of the challenge was UAB "Dirbtinis taikomasis intelektas" / JSC "Applied artificial intelligence" from Lithuania. The submitted tender was the most responsive to the technical specifications outlined. It provided a clear solution to the problem, detailing effective methods for collecting energy consumption data, ensuring data reliability, and managing data outages.
The provider also outlined the potential for further development of the proposed solution and committed to a one-year warranty with system support. The evaluation committee concluded that, compared to other proposals, this provider offered the most comprehensive and well-described solution for automating the collection, analysis, and reporting of energy consumption data.
We hope that the winner's solution will improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
