The GovTech4All consortium announces the GovTech4All European Consortium Summit 2025, hosted by LANTIK in Bilbao from June 16 to 18. This high-level event will bring together public sector organisations, startups, large companies, quantum experts, and policymakers to explore how digital innovation can transform public services across Europe.
The event will be hosted onsite by the GovTech4All partner LANTIK, based in Bilbao, which has led the work package aimed at coordinating the three GovTech pilots. These pilots will be disseminated during the event, which is invite-only, but some parts will be live-streamed through our YouTube channel.
The Summit will open with a welcome reception at the iconic Guggenheim Museum on June 16, followed by two days of engaging sessions. June 17 will spotlight quantum initiatives in the public sector and mark the official launch of GovTech4All 2.0. On June 18, we will present the results of the GovTech4All beta pilots and unveil the roadmap for the next wave of digital innovation that will take place with GovTech4All 2.0 in the next two years.
GovTech4All is a European initiative funded by the Digital Europe Programme, currently uniting 29 organisations from 20 countries across Europe. The project is committed to building a citizen-centric, secure, and interoperable public sector. With pilots ranging from secure cross-border data sharing to AI-powered tools for accessing social benefits, and from startup challenges through design contests, GovTech4All is driving innovation across Europe. Now scaling up with GovTech4All 2.0 and its eight new pilots, this Summit is your gateway to the future of digital government initiatives.
