Are you ready for a digital and borderless Europe?

The IEA aims to improve cooperation and digital data exchange between public sector organisations across the EU. This should lead to easier and faster services for citizens and businesses, regardless of which EU country they are in. A company based in the Netherlands can more easily register in another EU country to do business there. A student who studied in Germany can more easily have his or her diploma recognised in another EU country to be able to work there. Or a European who falls ill in another EU country can more easily share his or her medical data with the local doctor.

Just a few examples of cross-border public services for citizens and businesses. How will the Interoperable Europe Act ensure that cooperation and digital data exchange between public sector organisations across the EU will improve? How does the Netherlands tackle the implementation and what can we learn from the countries around us? In conversation with panel members, you will gain insight into who is responsible, who coordinates, how you as a manager should deal with this and how you can use existing knowledge in the Netherlands and Europe. The use of open standards is a must. Basic hygiene for safe and reliable service provision.
