The Cartography Tool (CarTool) is currently a proof of concept experiencing some technical and licensing limitation, notably a hard limit on concurrent user access. Considering that resolving such issues is not in the scope of our pilot exercise, the current page presents the selected approach to provide a fair and controllable way to allow access to all pilot participants.

Arranging access

Access to the CarTool is arranged on an on-demand basis with access being granted for one full day at a time.

To arrange access to the CarTool please note the day(s) you would like access for in an email to:

The CarTool is available at https://eia-project.eu/qlikview/ whereas the required credentials will be communicated to you in response to your request.

Important point: Please respect the date(s) for which you were assigned access. Accessing the CarTool on dates other than those agreed could block other parties and ongoing ISA activities.
