The primary objective of targeted surveys is to gather feedback from specific categories of stakeholders directly involved in or impacted by industrial permitting processes. The questionnaires are designed to focus on permitting procedures implemented in selected EU Member States across four key industrial sectors: renewable energy projects and clean technologies manufacturing, semiconductors, raw materials and pharmaceuticals. The consultation aims to assess the current state of permitting systems across Europe, incorporating the perspectives of diverse stakeholder groups affected by or engaged in these processes.
