This version of OCS improves the user experience for the citizens supporting the initiatives with a complete redesign and a new look and feel of the front end.

The interface offers more consistency, coherence and engaging information.

The support process is shorter and encourages participation.
The supporters are allowed to show their support in the most easy and straightforward way possible, for example the number of pages the end-User has to fill before supporting is reduced to one page instead of two in the previous release.

This version implements responsive design (Angular 2, Bootstrap and Rest Services) which makes it fully compatible with Mobile devices adapting automatically to the type of device the citizen uses.
