The ELISE Action Glossary dataset contains the concepts/terms for which a definition is provided in one or more ELISE resources. The European Union Location Framework (EULF) Blueprint is one of the key documents of ELISE, providing 46 concepts with definitions and 101 acronyms (including names of organisations).

The ELISE Glossary aims to create a common understanding of the ELISE universe by defining its content, i.e. agreed concepts, definitions and descriptions, references where they could be found, and the ELISE resources from which the definition and related information was retrieved.

The glossary especially supports the readers of the ELISE resources, people and organisations involved in the Action and stakeholders at large in their exploration of location-enabled digital government and its interoperability challenges.
