The ELISE project has launched an open call [1] for a support study on Digital Government. It will look at how ICT-related innovation in the public sector can transform governance systems, especially in terms of new approaches to use geolocation data for policy design and service delivery toward a new conceptual framework about the nature and characteristics of Digital Government transformation in the EU. The study will analyse the various modes of organisation and implementation in different Member States and the social and economic impacts such transformations, enabled by ICTs, can have on policy-making mechanisms, governance processes, and service delivery. The deadline for receipt of tenders is 23/07/2018.
