This application is a webservice that connects to the federal database of vehicle registrations.
Three parties are involved: (1) an end user with a webbrowser, (2) this application, and (3) the DIV database server site (Belgian Federal Public Service of Mobility and Transport = BFSMT : https://www.mobilit.fgov.be:7015/Prd/WSEConsultTitPlateV02).
The user creates a text file with vehicle license numbers plus additional information.
Via his or her browser the user uploads this text file (by the use of this webservice/application) to the federal database.
The result of this query is saved in a text file on the same computer as where this webservice is hosted.
