Description (short summary): For this study, a survey on eGovernment has been conducted among more than 1 000 municipalities, all cantons and federal offices. The study provides an annual overview of the progress of eGovernment in municipalities, cantons and the federal government.

The survey has been conducted by the institute gfs.bern mandated by the Swiss Conference of State Chancellors, the Federal Chancellery and the eGovernment Switzerland, which is responsible for the study.
