Mr. Frank Leyman is, since 2005, the International Relations manager for the Belgian Federal Pu

blic Service for ICT where he manages International Relations as well as the relations with European Commission, OECD and the World Bank. Recent reorganisation converted FEDICT into the Digital Transformation Office of the Belgian federal government. He started his career in commercial telecoms to move on to a more international field with specialization in large scale smartcard based projects. He was in charge of business development in the Middle-East and African Region and has co-developed the complete Government offering. More information can be found here.
