Dietmar Gattwinkel is Seconded National Expert at the Directorate‑General for Communications Networks,

Content and Technology (Unit H4 ‘E-Government and Trust), where he works to support ICT-enabled innovations in and the digital transition of public administration and is Business Owner of eDelivery (the European Building Block for electronic registered delivery of data). Prior to his work in the Commission he worked for many years in eGovernment in the German region (state) of Saxony,  most recently as project manager for Open Data.
