Alma Joy Ridderhof is Programme Manager at the Directorate‑General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (Unit H4 ‘E-Government and Trust), where she works on the digital transition of public administration. Her work particularly focuses on the eGovernment Action Plan 2016-2020, the eGovernment Action Plan Steering Board, the Tallinn Declaration on eGovernment and the Once-Only Principle. Prior to her work on eGovernment, she worked in the Commission on open data and big data and for the Dutch Ministry of Health.
