* * web analytics Italia (WAI) * * is a national platform for collecting and analysing statistical data on the traffic of digital websites and services of the Italian public administration.
WAI allows you to:
— standardise the collection of such data;
— simplify access to statistics on traffic and user behaviour using corporate digital sites and services;
— provide PA operators with ad hoc tools to facilitate understanding of this information, with the ultimate goal of continuously optimising the user experience.
The platform also exhibits publicly, and in an aggregated manner, some of the data related to citizens’ use of the digital services of the PA.
