Mobile telephony allows the management of corporate telephones assigned to employees, operates various telephony operators and various types of service.

By pressing ‘Telephones’ from the ‘Functional list’ menu, access the ‘Telephone List’ screen
from which you will be able to view the list of all the telephones of the Structure if they are included.

To encode an operator from the ‘Functional list’ menu, click on the ‘Operator Telephone’ field
and click on “Add a new Operator Telephone”, from here you can associate the previously inserted Telephone
an operator and the contract information with a start and end date and attach the contract file.

From this mask, you can associate a specific service with the chosen Telephone, the services can be
coded by the system administrator, the basic ones are:

— International telephone traffic, national telephone traffic, data trafficking, including equipment
— International telephone traffic, national telephone traffic, data trafficking
— National telephone traffic, data trafficking, including equipment
— National telephone traffic, Data trafficking
