Solution to digitalise the lifecycle of administrative acts
Description
The Stilo system consists of the following modules:
* * management thereof * * is the central module of the system, which provides the GUI web and document management and search services (determined;
resolutions, decrees, etc.). It integrates the signature affixing and verification services used to support file management.
* * email management * * is the form for sending and unloading emails. The product makes it possible to manage e-mails and PEC, integrated into STILO with management dedicated to notifications of worflows and all service communications, such as reports.
* * administration ° Configuration * * is the module offering the GUI web and services for defining the data of the organisational and procedural context of the system and in general for its administration and configuration
* * authentication * * Authentication is delegated via Shibboleth
* * central IT archive * * receives data flows from * * Management of IT research * * – xls/csv files – posted on shared folders or folders and conveys them to the BUR, Transparency and Contabilia systems (list of acts on which commitments/checks are to be made)
