Description
MSA (Mail Storage Agent) is the software dealing with the storage of emails on the DocWay document and IT protocol system. It manages both standard and PEC mailboxes. It also manages the archiving of protocol documents received through interoperability between public administrations. The protocols supported are IMAP and POPs.
Its primary function is to monitor company email and PEC boxes and to automatically record emails and digital attachments, with a view to correctly training the Documentation Archive, in accordance with models that can be defined by the user.
