Description
SIMEL2 has a workflow management system that makes it possible to control and manage the flow of administrative and decision-making processes by automating the transfer of competences between the various offices involved in the administrative process of a procedure. This system, combined with a prior analysis of rationalisation and optimisation of activities, meets the primary need for effectiveness, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of administrative action, distributing in a timely and automatic manner the tasks entrusted to the organisational structures in the body.
The ERP also consists of several application modules, including: demographic services, to support operators with automation of operations and a flow of communications that spreads from one application area to another; Protocol, which, in addition to the basic functions of recording incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepares the system for interoperability between different public administrations’ protocol systems; document management, certifications, certified mail, SUAP, SUE, Tributi and the procurement module, a system composed of a set of functions for public procurement management.
