RNDT metadata converter

* * RNDT metadata converter * * allows querying a service [CSW (Catalogue Service for the Web based on OGC standard)] (https://www.ogc.org/standards/cat) and extracting metadata of spatial data and services transformed from one metadata profile to another, provided that both are based on ISO TS 19139.

In Italy, from the profile defined by Decree 10/11/2011 (and related operational guides, consistent with the INSPIRE guidelines v. 1.3) to the new RNDT 2.0 profile (see [Operational Guide] (https://geodati.gov.it/geoportale/images/struttura/documenti/Manuale-RN…), consistent with the INSPIRE guidelines v. 2.0.1).

The solution is a useful tool to support public administrations in adapting to the latest updates the metadata standard for spatial data and related services, consistent with version 2.0 of the INSPIRE guidelines, the European interoperability framework for spatial data.

It can also be used for the transformation of metadata from [INSPIRE Guidelines v. 1.3] (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/documents/inspire-metadata-implementing-ru…) to [INSPIRE Guidelines v.2.0] (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/id/document/tg/metadata-iso19139), using the relevant XSLT script.

The XSLT script can also be adapted to other metadata profiles, such as those of other EU Member States.
