RiscossioneConverter

RiscossioneConverter allows the conversion of a file to blocks
containing fixed length records according to the specifications of [Annexes
1/2 of Decree No 15/06/2015 of the Ministry of Economy and of
Finance] (https://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/atto/serie_generale/caricaDettaglioAtt…)
concerning the transmission to creditor institutions of cancelled shares and of
reimbursement to collection agents of enforcement costs incurred in respect of
roles. The supported output formats are Excel (.xlsx), Excel 97-2003
(.xls), OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods), XML and JSON.

The software is fully developed in Java and with graphic interface
minimum available in two versions:

— Wing: Tested on Windows XP (with JRE7), Windows 7 (with JRE8), Windows
10 (with JDK15), Ubuntu 20.04 (with JDK11);

— JavaFX: Tested on Windows 7 (with JRE8), Windows 10 (with JDK15), Ubuntu
20.04 (with JDK11). Unsupported Windows XP.

Outputs in formato.xls,.xlsx e.ods were tested on Microsoft
Excel 2013 and LibreOffice Calc 6.4.6.2.

The JMC programming approach makes it easy to
extract/modify/replace the data model, output format or
the graphic interface.

If a non-empty output file is selected, the converted records
they are inserted in the tail, without altering the previous records.
