Description
Flask application separate from Plone to manage the sending of bulk emails and download the task from Plone, without blocking its requests.
This application was created to be a utility of rer.newsletter and is composed of 3 main parts:
— Flask app (to send emails)
— Redis (to manage sending codes)
— RQ (Python library for integration between Redis and Flask)
# # Use
This app displays a single REST (/add-to-queue) endpoint to which you can pass all the information you need to send the newsletter to a list of registrants.
