PRODIS

The Prodis product is the Piedmont Region’s application, which makes it possible to
holdings and their intermediaries to comply with

obligations relating to the disclosure of information sheets with disabilities
to the public authorities, indicating their situation

employment in relation to obligations to recruit disabled staff
and/or belonging to the other protected categories as required

law No 68 of 12 March 1999.

In line with the legislation in force, the obligation to comply applies to:
employers with more than 15 employees.

The application allows companies or their delegates access to the
prospectuses sent in previous years,

the possibility of duplicating a prospectus to make the phase easier
completion and dispatch of the new

and the possibility to upload the list of workers from external files.

The product ‘Prodis’ has been developed over the years in full compliance.
the models and rules laid down by the Ministry,

and in line with some key principles:

— you are obliged to send the Disabled Statement all of the
holdings that have undergone changes in their employment status

to modify the obligation or to affect the calculation of the reserve share;
those that have not changed significantly for the purpose of the obligation

they are not required to send the prospectus.

holdings which even have only one headquarters outside the Piedmont Region,
must submit the Disabled Statement to the regional site.
the registered office is competent.

— the Disability Statement is unique and contains both provincial data and
national ones.

— the prospectus must be communicated by 31 January each year.
(unless the expiry date is extended, notified by the Ministry),

with reference to the employment situation as at 31 December of the year
earlier.

— it is possible for the company to send the disabled statement during the year to
any significant change in staff.

The product is structured in the following specific components:

— prodisdb: DDL/DML script for the creation and initial stand of the
DB (DBMS Oracle application), PL/SQL data processing procedures;

— prodiswcl: Client Web (Angular8), application front-end;

— prodisweb: SPA component with REST services for prodiswcl;

— prodissrv: Service Exposure Component (REST API) to others
