piveau - A data management ecosystem for the public sector
Description
piveau is a data management platform for the public sector. It can be used to flexibly build powerful, open data portals or internal data management systems. By using open standards and cloud technologies, piveau can be easily integrated into an existing environment and used together with applications already in use. With the micro-service architecture, piveau also reacts to unforeseen access peaks reliably and quickly. Piveau is based on a microservice architecture and a custom pipeline system, facilitating a flexible and scalable feature composition.
piveau hub. Hub is the central component to store and register the data. Its persistence layer consists of a Virtuoso triplestore as the principal database, Elasticsearch as the indexing server, and a MongoDB for storing binary files.
piveau consus. Consus is responsible for data acquisition from various sources and data providers, including scheduling, transformation, and harmonization.
