Within the Open Web concept, municipalities and businesses work together on digital government service components. Municipalities own these components and manage them in their own code such as Github and Bitbucket. On this VNG GitHub, we have a Wordpress docker that allows you to easily install all the building blocks yourself. In the Open Web concept Wordpress-plugin, the code provides for the installation of all components. This Wordpress-plugin uses the composes.xml that you can find in this VNG Github environment. All the components that have now been developed use Wordpress management environment and make the stored data available through APIs, allowing the components to be used as stand-alone (data) services by market players and municipalities in their digital services. Online applications that are not based on Wordpress can also use the APIs of the Open Web concept components! With these services, the Open Webconcept Movement supports the Common Ground Memory (API driven). This approach aims to enhance the market functioning of ICT services within the public administration. In the meantime, there are already several companies that have installed the components and serve as a service for municipalities!
