Opencity Italia - Sito web ASL
The website of a local health authority
Description
It is an advanced website model for the Italian health authorities.
ensures a user experience that is fully based on guidelines,
prototypes, information architecture planned by the Department for the
Digital Transformation in collaboration with AgID (Agency for Italy
Digital) in 2024. The project provides for a continuous update according to
changes in technical and regulatory rules.
Experience of browsing content (text, images, maps,
calendars) is favoured:
— from the presence of navigation menus by categories, topics and by
users
— from a search engine returning relevant results by exploiting
the strong organisation of content
— from a system of relationship between detailed content enabling
the user to deepen the information on the basis of needs
specific.
Each detailed page is structured on the basis of the attributes of the
the Content Type to which you belong and has a navigation menu that allows you to
move quickly from one section to another on the page. The user can
give feedback on the clarity of information for each page
of the site.
The Platform follows an approach based on structuring the
information with content classification according to vocabularies
checks provided for in the model for local health authorities and by
European standards. Information (e.g. opening hours of
a structure) are created only once and are published by
editor on the different pages of the site as necessary (avoiding
write to you several times and have a single point to keep them up to date).
In the same way, content published on the website that responds to
administrative transparency requirements are also present in section
transparent administration, without the need for double insertion. Everyone
the content of the website is available as a dataset. The availability of
Writing and reading bees facilitate the integration of content
coming from external sources (e.g. directory register) and publication of
content on other sites (e.g. publication of facilities and events on others
sites of the institution). Finally, the structuring of content favours:
processes and tools for migrating content from old to new site
the institution geared towards ensuring the quality of the data.
The platform is characterised by a number of functionalities.
support the work of the editor tailored for content
the site of a local health authority and for office needs
public administration. A specific piece of information is
published only once and kept up to date in a single point. For
each type of content, a specific function allows the editor to
view only the mandatory data to be entered in order to make it more
quick publication. A menu dedicated to the editor allows you to
move quickly between the different sections of the content on which it is about
by working faster to modify or update the
existing content. Operations such as content classification and
creation of associations of different types of content
(e.g. organisational units and services) are simple operations.
Some measures make it possible to manage editorial activities quickly
typical of a site of a local health authority, such as updating
management and administrative positions. Specific functionalities of
publication concerns datasets: in this case, the system does not allow
only publish all content of the website as a dataset, but provide for
advanced editing tools for attributing meaning
the values contained in the dataset and the resulting representation of the
information in tabular, calendar or map form.
Finally, the platform allows you to manage access permits in a way:
analytical, giving the possibility to limit the activity of an editor
the amendment of specific sections. Editorial workflows are designed
to produce content in a collaborative way, strictly managing the
different phases from creation to draft rescue until
publication.
The website is designed to allow easy integration with the
open source software OpenCity Italia – City of the citizen in order to
enrich the site with personal user area, digital services (e.g.
request for access to documents, management of competitions) and tools for
collection and handling of alerts, complaints or requests for assistance.
