In line with national/regional planning in the context of “Cities”
and smart communities’ and in line with the objectives of the Digital Agenda
of the municipal administration, the ‘Gestionale Lavoro Soolo Pubblico’ application
it is one of the solutions produced under the project ‘Conness Cities:
Information System for the Control of Objects’ (code BA project
1.1.1.d – CUP J91J17000130007) from NOP financing resources
Metro 2014-2020 – Axis 1 ‘Digital Agenda’.

The ‘Management of employment on public land’ application is a vertical application for
managing the releases of temporary public land use concessions without
the use of urban furniture elements and the secondary processes of these occupations.
This application uses the municipal civil-law developed as part of the same project.
It has a number of functionalities that can digitalise the entire concession process.
with the addition of support services such as searching for instances with different filters
and a schedule system.

Management cooperates with the organisation’s registration service and with
the EGOV portal (for the provision of services to the citizen) which allows
launch new concession requests and register practices to
application by a party on concessions already granted.

Public land use management allows for:
1. full management from the submission of the application until the grant of the concession (or possible rejection),
2. the initiation and conclusion of proceedings at second instance at the request of a party (waiver and extension) and at the request of the court of its own motion (correction for the resolution of clerical errors, revocation, revocation and annulment),
3. the handling of an application entered by the EGOV portal for services to the citizen,
4. the display of statistical dashboards on concessions granted and ongoing practices.
