Description
The Notification IO allows an PA to send messages to citizens
via the AppIO.
Allows the Platform Operator to configure the content of the
messages in the form of templates for which the operator/application shall
then valorise the variable parts.
The platform allows the bulk of messages to be sent by planning
dispatch and subsequently verify the outcome of the shipment by
uploading CSV tracks, or sending individual messages via
completion of forms. The same functionalities are made available
including via REST API.
