This information system shall enable interoperability between the
administrations and Payment Service Providers who have joined
the national payments node, in compliance with the regulatory instructions
on this matter and ensuring that citizens and businesses pay for
sums due to the Marche Region and to the administrations for which the
Region Marche acts as an intermediary.

MPAY provides the citizen with a WEB portal that allows
the execution of payments spontaneously or upon warning of payment of debts to the
comparison of the participating public authorities.

Creditor institutions have a management portal for management
complete payment flow.

There are also interfaces that enable the management of the
credit institutions for accounting and full management of the
reporting.
