MOOn

Moon’s objective is to manage the entire module cycle of

Public administration from the creation of the form to the related

online publication.

Allows citizens to fill in requests on details online

services that the PA makes available and digitalises the whole process

dealing with requests.

As access to services takes place via the internet, Moon minimises

physical access to the gateway by citizens and enabling

management of the request by the responsible area by means of an appropriate procedure

back-office.

The aim of the project is to enable the public.

administration to digitalise services for citizens by raising

the level of transparency towards them.
