Mèmora Backend

Mèmora is the application of * * Piedmont Region * * for the description of the
assets of public and private archives and museums and for the
creation of digital collections of images, sounds and videos.

This is an innovative tool developed by CSI-Piemonte.
Region offers free of charge to represent, raise awareness and value
Piedmont cultural heritage. Through a single window is
you can manage goods of different types by overcoming the division between
archival and museum field in favour of an overall view of the
assets.

Mèmora is a tool available to holders of
shared museum, archival and operator assets
and publication of acquaintance.The Mèmora cataloguing component
backend applies national and international standards for description
catalography, archival and library economics (ICCD, ISAD, ISAAR and niece)
it allows data to be exported in the most widely used formats: XML, Excel,
Marc by promoting interoperability and sharing of resources with
other information systems. The system allows you to connect to the tabs
descriptive multimedia material of different types (images, audio,
video...) and geolocalisation of information to foster relationships between
several elements.

size/glue, sorting, final signature assignment, calculation
consistency, printing, counting of pieces and data management
chronology with the possibility to express values in centuries.
